Before the start of a game, you can cancel the ticket you requested or claimed for that game. Tickets must be cancelled no later than 12:00 noon one day prior to the day of the game to avoid losing attendance points.
Click Cancellations. A page appears listing the events for which you have requested and/or claimed tickets.
Click the event for which you want to cancel tickets. The Cancel Tickets page appears.
Select the tickets you want to cancel and click Cancel Selected. A page appears confirming that the cancellation was made.
