Requesting Tickets

You can request one student ticket for yourself for each regular season game that is currently in the Request or On Demand phase.

NOTE: If you request a student ticket and later determine that you cannot attend the game, you may cancel your request.

  1. Click Request/claim tickets. Click the link for the event for which you want a ticket. Notice that you will only be allowed to request a ticket for yellow highlighted games.

  2. The Request/Reserve Ticket page appears. Enter the number of student tickets and student guest tickets (if available) you want.

  3. If this is a group seating ticket, extra information is needed. Enter the Group Leader's ID number and the group seating password in the boxes provided. (You can get the password from the Group Leader.)

  4. Click Continue. A page appears confirming that you have successfully requested/reserved the ticket. If your current email address has changed, enter your new email address in the Campus email address box.

    NOTE: This will also change the email address in your Student Information profile.

  5. Click Continue to finalize the request process. At the end of the request period, you will be notified via email whether your tickets can be claimed, depending on demand for student seating and the lottery.
